Solar Commercial building Installation 3 Phase

Folks,

Let's talk about the 3-phase solar application, and the design approach. Seems businesses and organizations to include large retailers are interested in the commercial solar application. Well for starters a system of this size requires engineering, and to be frank with you needs to be planned in such a way as to avoid disaster.....

Large commercial applications take up SPACE....large areas are required to accommodate systems of this size. Furthermore, the ability to cover the loads required take substantial knowledge of electrical systems, and load requirements. In addition, 3 phase requirements on top of the general utilization issues creates transformation efficiency issues. These efficency issues can create hidden load requirements for the project creating problems after the job is complete. Designing a 3 phase system should be done by experienced electrical personnel.

Lighting in a commercial setting can be different than in the residental sector. High voltage lighting, high bay lighting, florescent lighting, counter lighting, spot lighting, security lighting, and on, and on......

Hidden loads could be construed as follows.....commercial roll up doors, roof mounted AC, heaters, high bay exhaust systems, .......

When the distribution equipment is rated over 200 amps the feasiblity of 100% off grid becomes extremly challenging. "What can we do" .....you might add.....? I have the answer...in my next issue.....aw shucks....

Q. is this system going to be off-grid
Q. is this system going to use different electrical generation sources besides solar
Q. is this system going to incorporate a charged system "batteries"
Q. is this system going to incorporate a wind generation add
Q. is this system going to incorporate a fuel cell
Q. is this system going to use transformers or transformation
Q. is this system over 200 amps
Q. is this system distributed over more than 100 feet

These are a few of the questions I would ask you.....If you are in a bind, and need your system engineered contact me at 619-548-8108 ask for Gary Huber or email me at solarelectriconline@gmail.com I also take a number of free calls to answer different energy configurations. Go Green Solar Electric Online is your answer

Sincerely
